From glamourous evenings to low heels and flats. And not forgetting sneakers.

Dee Ocleppo presented her s/s 2020 collection of shoes and bags in the showroom “because the fair is so chaotic and doesn’t give me the chance to talk to customers properly”, explained the designer. And she isn’t wrong: at the previous two editions of MICAM, when she and her husband Tommy Hilfiger arrived at the stand, they were surrounded by the press and photographers.
Always by her side, the great American designer and entrepreneur never says no to interviews and reiterates that his wife designed the collection. So where is his influence? “At the inception of the project,” explained Hilfiger. “I insisted on having a recognisable logo, like the buckle, which is a combination of the letters D, O, T and H”. In fact, the buckle, together with the pink sole, continue to be distinctive symbols in the s/s 2020 collection. Strictly made in Naples, the selection combines glamorous models like the Cinderella pump crafted from glittery materials with more day-to-day shoes like loafers, ballerinas and sandals with a wedge or low coloured leather heel and sneakers with printed logo.
“I designed models that were suitable for different occasions during the day, comfortable shoes that can be worn from morning to night”, specified Dee Ocleppo. “I also added chunky Plexiglas heels to give the shoes a more contemporary feel and I selected bright and gradient colours for summer”. The shoe collection is supported by a bag line, including new coconut-print leather pouches available in eight colours. The bags are also guaranteed Made in Italy.
