The ‘Feeling Deeper’ collection uses recycled and certified materials
The logo is hidden, because not everyone looks at the brand, but at the substance of the product. And the substance of OA Non-Fashion, a brand created in 2018 by Francesco Viozzi and Sophia Liu and produced in Italy, is to be found in the choice of materials that make up the shoes of this winter season’s ‘Feeling Deeper’ collection. A mix of materials and components that support sustainability: such as Evolo®, a material that saves water and is chrome-free, vegetable tanned leather, Bloom® based on algae, Go! Zero®, soles that certify 35% bio-degradability, XL Extralight®, or eco-sustainable soles that use 51% recycled material, and finally Eco-soles produced with 61% recyclable fibres. Even the packaging comes from FSC certified resources (an international certification specific to the forest sector and products – both wood-based and non-wood-based – derived from forests). There are, as such, the right conditions for eco-friendly models, comfortable and with simple shapes, like sneakers, ankle boots and Mary Janes, available in light colours and black, with particular attention to the shades of tofu, butter, red, and plum.
