The young entrepreneurs of Assocalzaturifici are thinking about their future: training and up-to-date skills are essential to manage the complexity of the markets, implement a strategic vision, and detect changes that are taking place. For this reason, the Youth Group (‘Gruppo Giovani’) organised a company tour and their first stop was in the Marche region. On the 25th of July over 40 participants joined the training day, which was divided into two parts: a visit to the Lube and Artisans companies and a seminar at Confindustria in Fermo. The marketing professor of the Luiss Business School, Gabriele Micozzi, spoke about “Innovative strategies and models of communication, marketing and sales”. “This was the first stage of an articulated programme of training meetings” – said Elisa Lanciotti, President of Young Entrepreneurs of Assocalzaturifici – “The human capital and talent of entrepreneurs are the basis of the success of a company and they have helped ‘Made in Italy’ affirm itself all over the world over the past years. Training in the field and throughout the whole Italian fashion supply chain is essential to face future challenges”.
