So how to facilitate matching between the companies’ demand and the supply of people? Just consult the space “Working in the footwear sector” on the Assocalzaturifici website to apply or find constantly updated advertisements aimed at all people interested in a career working in the specialist areas of ‘Made in Italy’. There are already numerous job offers included in the dedicated space on the Assocalzaturifici website. Amongst these, there are several opportunities for young people looking for their first work experience. Umana, in fact, also builds free pre-employment training courses for candidates and companies, financed through the Forma.Temp fund.
Other initiatives will also arise from the collaboration with Umana, such as reskilling and upskilling courses for people already employed by companies, who will thus be able to update their skills.
