Altagamma brings together 114 Italian excellences from the fashion, design, jewellery, food, hospitality, motor, and nautical sectors. Recently, the business partners in the fashion sector rose to 29 with the entry into Altagamma of Santoni, which joins other footwear brands such as René Caovilla, Sergio Rossi, and Tod’s. If the Association’s mission is to support the competitiveness of its members, contributing to the growth of the country system, and to promote ‘Made in Italy’ ambassadors around the world, the Corridonia-based company has all the right credentials to be part of this elite group. Santoni was born in 1975 from the intuition of Andrea Santoni to industrialise the artisan process while keeping the quality and care of the workmanship intact. Today, the head of the company is Giuseppe Santoni, who combines his father’s passion for craftsmanship with the vision of a global, innovative, and well-structured brand. “Becoming part of the Altagamma family is an honour and an important attestation of esteem and recognition of our commitment to promoting and preserving the excellence of ‘Made in Italy’, also by encouraging new talents to follow a path dedicated to enhancing craftsmanship and savoir faire with ancient origins, but that which are still relevant today” – declared the chairman of the Marche shoe factory.
