Alanui, the brand that has knitwear in its DNA, explores Northerly territories in an imaginary journey through Iceland and the Lofoten Islands for the men’s collection for A/W 22/23. To walk through these rugged landscapes of snow, ice, and volcanic stones, the brand has chosen warm and comfortable shoes, with technical materials and soles. The choice could only fall on two companies specialised in outdoor footwear that combine style and performance.

From the collaboration with Moon Boot of the Tecnica Group, three models are born in different colours with Icon and Bandana motifs and crochet patterns. Snowshoes, but not only, like ‘Full Moon’ with its Bandana motifs, also ideal for use in the city. The collaboration with Diemme, a Venetian company specialising in performance footwear that also produces for famous brands including Chanel and Bottega Veneta, instead gives life to high and low trekking shoes, decorated with fringes, patchworks of different materials and laces, embellished with beads made from recycled plastic.
