The September trade fairs are not giving up on “physical” events and are organising themselves into new formulas to welcome those buyers who can get to Milan. The events organised by the sectors belonging to Confindustria Moda have united at Rho Fiera Milano to become #strongertogether.

Milan Unica’ will be the frontrunner, the textiles and high-end accessories event for both men’s and women’s clothing, has been confirmed for the dates of the 8th and 9th of September, to be followed by ‘New Point of View’ by Lineapelle, Micam Milano, Mipel and TheOneMilano from the 20th to the 23rd of September.

For the first time, the women’s pret-à-porter fair is teaming up with the footwear trade fair in the formula ‘TheOneMilano Special Featured by Micam’ with the aim of providing entire looks, ranging from clothes to accessories. A wide-reaching fair, therefore, to offer integrated services to visitors and that is scheduled to be repeated abroad.

Alongside the physical event there will also be digital initiatives: ‘Micam Digital Show’ and ‘AlwaysOn Show’ by TheOneMilano, B2B platforms for networking even when the salons themselves are over.

But these are not the only September trade fairs that constitute ‘fashion month’: Milan Fashion Week for women and men will be in the spotlight from the 22nd to the 28th of September, White from the 24th to the 27th in the Tortona district of Milan with a ‘phygital’ format where brands will be present both at the fair and digitally, and ‘Si Sposaitalia Collezioni’ is scheduled at Fieramilanocity on the same days.
