At Milan Fashion Week (18-24 February), Camera Moda will be showing its support to the Chinese brands that are not able to attend with a special campaign streamed live. The content virtually brings China to Milan and, vice versa, shows Italy the collections of designers who are not able to be physically present and take part in all the excitement of 188 events, including runway shows, some of which are for both sexes, and presentations by debutants and veterans alike.

The footwear collections of top brands are, as always, under the spotlight, with Moon Boot, Giordano Torresi and Patrizia Pepe participating in the official accessories program for the very first time.

One of many events is the Memos – About fashion in this millennium (“Memos – A proposito della moda in questo Millennio”) exhibition, running from 21 February to 4 May in the Poldi Pezzoli Museum. Fashion Hub, this time hosted at the Permanente, once again features five emerging labels (Gentile Catone, Delirious, Salvatore Vignola, Apnoea, Giuseppe Buccinà), eight Chinese designers presented via video connection, Budapest Select featuring five Hungarian brands, and Africa Now showcasing the new generation of African designers. The collaboration with Camera Buyer is back with an event giving young designers the opportunity to present their collections to a select audience in a day of pre-orders.
