The link with the past is fundamental for the future of the footwear manufacturer Borgioli, now in its third generation.
Even though the company moved its headquarters to Lamporecchio in 2018, its heart and know-how remain in La Stella di Vinci, where the story of Borgioli footwear first began, worn by the likes of Brad Pitt and George Clooney. The historic site has since been transformed into Casa Borgioli, where the room in which the brothers René and Valerio first worked, along with the warehouse with the conveyor, have both been preserved to show tourists and enthusiasts all the steps required to produce a quality shoe of excellence.
A “memory factory” that will become a veritable museum, pending official accreditation as part of the Vinci museum network. The store is located on the first floor of the building, a place where the customer can shop while also witnessing the decades-long experience of the Borgioli family.
