The Prada Group has announced an important recruitment plan focused on the Tuscan, Umbrian, and Marche regions, which provides for the hiring of over 400 people by the end of 2023.
In particular, in the footwear sector there will be 76 new hires in the offices of Buresta (AR), Levane (AR), Foiano della Chiana (AR), and Montegranaro (FM).
Forming part of these resources is the Prada Group Academy, within which the master craftsmen of the Group will organise courses for 200 young people who will have the opportunity to receive training in the fields of leather goods, footwear, and clothing. They expect to launch 17 modules dedicated to: footwear for shoemakers, finishing and additions; leather goods training for counter and machine workers; clothing for knitters, prototype makers, bespoke prototype makers, and knitwear programmers.
