From the gold and silver total looks that Dolce&Gabbana dared to present in their catwalk for this autumn-winter season, to the metallic accessories that accompanied the clothes on the catwalks, the sparkling trend is destined to brighten up not only evening outfits, but also everyday ones. Silver thigh-high boots by Bottega Veneta and Courrege, sandals with maxi-bows by Loewe, golden dresses by Balmain, Ermanno Scervino and Altuzarra, and the footwear proposed by the companies which have been invading the shops, cannot all go unnoticed. Everyone is tasked with choosing their preferred metal effect as an antidote against the grey of winter. A luxury granted only to women? From the menswear outfit presented by Dolce&Gabbana it would seem not: a biker jacket and crocodile-printed leather trousers and, of course, golden ankle boots. All you have to do now is dare!
