Three new models are the result of a collaboration between the brands ‘Pantofola d’Oro’ and ‘KidSuper’
It’s just a hop, skip and a jump from sport to street, as evidenced by the collaboration between Pantofola d’Oro and the American brand KidSuper founded by designer Colm Dillane. Dillane who, in September 2021, received the Karl Lagerfeld award dedicated to innovation as part of the LVMH Prize.
From the collaboration between the 100-year-old Italian company and young American creativity, is born a reinterpretation of three shoes, which from December will be on sale in 40 selected stores around the world. The ‘Open’ model, which celebrates the game of tennis born in England, is proposed in yellow and is made of calfskin with a flexible rubber sole and a honeycomb tread for maximum comfort. The ‘Assist’ model in wisteria violet is inspired by 80s basketball shoes. The ‘Sneakerball Slip-on’, in pink with a white sole, takes inspiration from the historic football model by Pantofola d’Oro, but adds the technical solution of the tongue, which can be removed. Each model is characterised by the letter K placed on the side.
