Every journey starts with one step

The stunning setting is Paris’ charming Montmartre, one of the city’s most beautiful districts and the highest point of the ville lumière, boasting a fantastic, breathtaking panorama.

A bohemian place par excellence in the period between the late 19^th and early 20^th century, it is now the backdrop for the new campaign for Hogan’s autumn/winter collection.

The stars of the video and photo shoot are models George Alsford and Ophelie Gulliermand, who, to the slogan “every journey starts with one step”, play two bobos, a newly-coined word that stands for Bourgeois-bohème — a kind of modern-day, more chic version of the unconventional, nomadic spirit of early 20^th-century artists.

The clip and photographs are the work of Sebastian Kim, a globetrotting photographer (born in Vietnam and brought up in Iran, France and Southern California) who has already worked with the Marche footwear, accessories and clothing brand in the past.
