Bon ton for kids

May is a month packed with special occasions for children such as first communion and confirmation ceremonies, and even though these occasions are no longer considered super-formal, a touch of bon ton is still required in clothing and accessories. What better opportunity for little girls to have fun and indulge in broderie anglaise, floral prints, embroidery and ruffles, accompanied by little sandals with glittery trim in gold, silver or pastel hues?

As for the boys, a blazer makes them look smart right away, but can easily be toned down with a pair of jeans and sneakers. After all, it is the traditional “tennis shoes” that have changed the most in the past few seasons, with additions of colour, patches of material, contrasting trim and bold geometric prints on fabrics and hides.
