An evergreen model that goes beyond seasons and that knows how to revamp itself in terms of style

Always the same, yet always different. It seems to be a contradiction, but the classic model of the pump (the high heel, indeed), which is timeless in its clean and essential V-shaped line, can evolve and change in the neckline of the shoe (to be more or less accentuated), in the heel (coming in various heights), in the materials, in the details that embellish it, in the colours of the season. In any case, it remains the symbol of femininity par excellence and, as such, it must feature in your wardrobe. In its long history, which dates back to the sixteenth century (read more here), the high-heeled pump has been the subject of reinterpretations by designers and companies alike, but the model of tradition, essential and with perfect proportions, remains a staple in the production of footwear and, over time, has become synonymous with Italian expertise.
That the high-heeled pump is timeless is also demonstrated by the greatest lover of shoes, the star of ‘Sex and the City’, who in the first television series collected the most designer shoes, which immediately became planetary cult. In the reboot ‘And just like that…’, Sarah Jessica Parker still wears high-heeled pumps with vertiginous heels, both vintage and new, alongside other models of pumps and sandals destined to become iconic.
We offer you 8 versions of the high-heeled pump to remember in your end-of-season purchases and to wear throughout 2022.
Luciano Padovan. The most classic of high-heeled pumps, in suede.
Jimmy Choo. High- heeled, but shaped for a model in Naplack leather with a tapered tip.
Sebastian. Chunky straight heel for the pump in crocodile print leather.

Salvatore Ferragamo Holiday. Rounded toe and mirrored medium heel that lights up the model.
Alessandro Oteri. Portofino model with a neckline inspired by the promontory of the Ligurian pearl.
Traffico. Tapered shape and lacing on the heel characterise this shoe.
