The vegan brand expands its accessories collection

A finalist at the Sustainable Fashion Awards 2022, the THEMOIRè brand, which was born with a green soul, combines bags with footwear too. After the debut of its shoes in September, the Autumn-Winter 23/24 collection is enriched with new models that include sandals, mules, flats, boots, and loafers. As always, great attention has been paid to the research of materials. For the first time in the collection, apple snake fabric, made from apple cores and peels, and coffee PU, made with coffee grounds powder mixed with a waterborne material, are used for all the accessories. The sole, with an embossed logo, is produced with a rubber derived from cork remnants, a 100% natural material whose collection, like pruning, strengthens the tree. The brand continues to favour wavy textures, which evoke the interweaving and relationship between man and nature. Flat and softer textures are illuminated with flashes in the shiny naplak variant and in the laminated, gold and silver variants. “We started in 2020 with a single-product bag” – explain the founders Salar Bicheranloo and Francesca Monaco – “and footwear has been the coherent eco-friendly evolution of the brand. With the aim of leaving a positive imprint of our time on this planet and contributing to its well-being”.
