Workshops, events, live performances and, of course, lots of shoes on the 5th and 6th October in Milan.

Fans, professionals and lovers of street style will flock to the Plug-MI event held on the 5th and 6th October at Pavilion 4 of Fieramilanocity (tickets are €15 on the door and available for pre-sale online for €12). Here the public will discover and be able to purchase the coolest shoe brands while immersing themselves in urban culture, with rap and trap artists and interpreters putting on various live shows throughout the weekend. Luchè, Quentin40, Dani Falv and MamboLosco, to name but a few. On Saturday, rapper Chadia Rodriguez will be at the event as adidas Originals ambassador, while on Sunday it’s the turn of, Elodie, Puma brand ambassador.

The event is the brainchild of Fandando Club and organised in collaboration with Micam and Fiera Milan. The main partner is AW LAB, a hotbed for trends and the main promoter of the sport retail industry’s revolution in the feminine. At Plug-MI, the brand will present its Style Cube, an urban style hub where there will be live music and events designed to create value and put visitors in the spotlight with #playwithstyle. All the big names in the sector will be there, including Nike, adidas and Puma, as well as the more niche and highly sought-after brands that are contributing to the growth of the sector. Such as apparel partner Dolly Noire, an urban clothing brand founded by four young men born in ’89.

The workshop dedicated to the personalisation of sneakers with master artisan Mundus Hub is not to be missed: the basics of “handcraft making” will be taught so everyone can try to create unique pieces. Levi’s® Tailor Shop also offers the opportunity to personalise clothes and shoes. There are also many events and products dedicated to lovers of skateboarding. Sneakerness, another event for lovers of sports shoes, will take place the same weekend at Fabbrica Orobia in Milan, with over 59 resellers and meetings with sector experts.
